Elizabeth Dewart, RN, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Elizabeth has always had a passion to help others, especially our veterans and the underserved. She worked in social services for many years after graduating from the University of Buffalo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She completed her Master’s Degree at California State University Long Beach Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program. Her experience in the medical field encompasses psychiatric consulting in long term care, ACT (Assertive Community Treatment), Behavioral Health Court, Walk IN Assessment Centers, multiple Federally Qualified Health Centers (San Diego Family Care and Samahan Health Clinics). as well as diverse outpatient mental health clinics such as Union of Pan Asian Communities (UPAC).
