Dr. Sarah Gruszka is a licensed clinical psychologist who is thrilled to bring her years of experience as a psychotherapist to Aloha Integrative Health. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing from Albright College, Dr. Gruszka pursued two advanced degrees (M.A. and Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology) at the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University in Washington, D.C. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, with much of her career focused on mental health for college and graduate student-aged young adults. She has done extensive training and works with individuals with disordered eating and body image concerns. Dr. Gruszka’s recent focus on treatment resistant depression led her to search for more innovative and holistic therapies to treat the root causes of disease.
