Doctor Jason Spring graduated from Western University of Health Sciences in 2003 with a doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his internship and residency in Family Medicine at Naval Hospital, Camp Pendleton. Upon his residency graduation in 2006, he spent ten years as an active duty naval officer and family physician. In 2010 he completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the University of California, San Diego. He was the Department Head of the Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation at Naval Health Clinic, Hawaii from 2010 to 2012. In 2012 he completed his physician certification in medical acupuncture, through the Helms Institute. Since then, he has used his osteopathic, sports medicine and acupuncture skills treating pain and musculoskeletal injury. In 2013, Dr. Spring returned to San Diego and has been a practicing Family and Sports Medicine physician in the area.
