HOW DOES IT WORK?
We harness the power of neuroplasticity to address the root cause of your imbalance.
Our brains are in a constant state of transformation, reorganizing synaptic connections, and growing. Because of this, full healing of emotional trauma is absolutely possible.
Our patients work with therapists to acquire different perspectives and form new thought patterns to process their trauma and subsequent life events in a healthy manner.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
We implement integrative psychotherapy by providing psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and talk therapy.
Every new patient receives a full diagnostic evaluation as part of their initial appointment. This review of symptoms, medications, and previous records will help the provider create a comprehensive treatment plan.
This gives providers and patients a chance to discuss medication use and how it is performing. This is also when any adjustments, changes, and refills can be discussed. These sessions are conducted by a psychiatric nurse practitioner or a psychiatrist and are one of the facets of the comprehensive treatment plan.
Our therapists offer hour-long therapy sessions for patients who wish to make changes in their behavior, heal broken relationships, and process trauma. We use research-based regimens such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. In addition to psychotherapy, we also offer hour-long counseling sessions, focusing on trauma, substance abuse or addiction, family therapy, marriage counseling, and life coaching.
